He's pimp, yo

This is my skull. I made him in Ceramics this year. I love him so much. XD He took me... about 5 class periods to make. Let's see. One class period is 1 1/2 hours, so... that's about 7 1/2 hours. Not counting the days that I had to wait for him to come out of the kiln.

My teacher wanted up to practice coil pots, so she told us to make a pot, and make sure that it was creative. Well, I'd say this is creative enough for her, right? The glaze on the brim of the hat didn't turn out very well, but I'm so very happy with the rest of it. The hat was supposed to be a lid, so that you could put stuff inside him, but uh... I forgot to ask them to take it off of him before firing it. Oops! So it's stuck there permanently.

You have no idea how many offers I got from people to buy him. The teacher wanted to include all of our pots in an art show, and she said I should submit it and sell it. But I loved him too much to let him go. ;_; So now he lives with me. x3
